General information
- Orders will take 24 to 48 hours to be processed after authorization of credit card (which can take up to 24 hours) and then shipped. Excluded is the article FITmas Box. The production of the FITmas Box takes 10 days.
- Orders placed over a weekend or holidays will not begin processing until the next following business day.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and federal holidays.
- You will receive an email once your order has been shipped for tracking. Tracking is not available for discounted items and certain countries.
- We will use Swiss Post and its partner companies as our shipping carrier.
- Delivery days will never be on Sundays and holidays.
- The import/customs regulations of the country of destination are subject to the customer’s duty to inform. Any import/customs charges incurred shall be borne by the customer.
- NXTLVLETE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather.
Shipping costs
- From an order value of $90 shipping is free of charge.
- If the order value is less than $90, the following shipping costs will be charged:
- Switzerland: CHF 6.90
- Europe: CHF 8.90
- Other destinations: CHF 10.90
